Reiki Shoden
Shoden is a Japanese word that means “First Teachings.”
This course requires no prior experience — everyone is welcome.
Reiki is not a religion, but a traditional Japanese healing art known as Usui Reiki Ryōhō.
The word energy can be difficult to grasp in all its dimensions. You can read books or receive theoretical explanations — but true understanding arises through direct experience.
That’s why, during the Shoden course, each participant both gives and receives a full Reiki treatment.
Through many hands-on practices within the group, a tangible and personal connection to the energy begins to unfold.
This embodied experience allows for a deep inner understanding of what Reiki truly is.

My teaching approach combines hands-on experience during the course with a deeper understanding of traditional Reiki techniques.
Over the two days, you will be guided through and practice traditional Japanese Reiki meditations, designed to deepen your energetic awareness and support your personal healing journey.
The elements of Earth and Water will accompany us throughout, highlighting the grounding and cleansing qualities within the Reiki philosophy.
Included in the course:
-
Cha Dao – The Way of Tea
We will gently explore the wisdom of tea, listening and learning in stillness. -
A beautifully crafted workbook
So you can fully focus on your personal process without distraction. -
Guided audio meditation
To support your integration beyond the course days.
I see the study of the Reiki system as a spiritual path — a journey you walk with my full support, during and after the course.
After completing your personal Shoden course, the invitation is to continue walking with yourself.
In this work, there is no clear beginning or end.
There is only the next step...
